Fancy Hats and Scaffold Skirts

I've always had a soft spot for fashion I consider avante garde. Elements you don't see everyday and would probably never wear in real life, but that are still very fashion. Two examples from the spring runways and John Galliano and Limi Feu. The hats in the Galliano show were beautiful and amazing and I want one very badly. Another avante garde show was Limi Feu. I especially liked the skirts that reminded me of some kind of scaffolding. (photos from style.com)

I want that blue hat, just for the pleasure of owning it. I wouldn't wear it out, but it would be fun to own.

Love both in very different ways. I'm also a fan of clothes which arent necessarily wearable, like Gareth Pugh

Maybe those 'not wearable pieces' could go well in a carnival party!
