How adorable is this?
Oh my gosh I want this dress so bad! I'm thinking of trying to make it... What do you think? I'm pretty much in love! (I can't remember where this photo is from. If it's yours, let me know and I will credit you!)

Coachella
So wish I could have gone to Coachella, even if it was just to check of the outfits. Lots of celebs there, but sometimes it's more fun to look at regular people's clothes. I love the tribal look the one girl has going (the info that came with the photo said she got it from her hometown in Africa. Crazy!) and the girl in the spice girls outfit. Amazing! And those other summer dresses make me feel like melting! Photos from style.com.
So my wisdom teeth came out yesterday and it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought. Honestly, the freezing was worse than the actually pulling (mostly because I hate needles). I was awake the whole time and just kept my eyes closed tight and breathed in my laughing gas. The laughing gas was strange. It didn't make me happy or giddy at all, it just made me a bit more chilled out, though my heart was still racing from time to time. And it smelled weird at first. And right after I left the dentist and was waiting for my dad to get my Tylenol #3's, I felt sick to my stomach and started sweating really bad, but I felt much better by the time I got home. Now I am doing fine. I think that it was not nearly as tramatic as it is for most people and I was totally starving about 5 hours after the operation and chowed down on ice cream for supper. Then I was even able to each some Kraft Dinner (even though I didn't chew it). Unless I try to open my mouth further than necessary, everything is fine. I'm thinking its high time for more ice cream!

Tights! This time with photos
Hi! So a bit later than I said, but here are the photos of my brand new tights, as promised. I wore the blue leopard ones yesterday but didn't get a photo as things didn't exactly go as planned and I ended up staying at school until 10:30 pm working on a paper that took me twice as long as I thought it would. Anyway, here are the tights!
As well, as you know, I was super busy last week and I had my honours project presentation on Thursday. I did manage to get an outfit photo of what I wore that day, so here it is too! So close to being done my degree. And my wisdom teeth come out on Monday. Yikes!

Tights!
So a couple of weeks ago I won a contest from Couture Carrie for three pairs of tights from stockitgirl and today they were happily waiting for me in the mailbox. So excited! They are totally cute. One pair is blue leopard (totally reminds me of Lanvin), one is snakeskin-ish and the third is spring-y stripes. I promise to post pictures tomarrow or the next day (I'd do it now but my camera battery is dead).

Apologies my dear blogging friends
Hi. This is just a heads up that I may not be able to post for the next little while (at least not regularily). It's the final two weeks of classes and I have 6 assignments due/presentations (5 of them are major too!!), plus I'm still looking for a job for after graduation, so I'm basically swamped. i have every day of my life until the 25th of April completely mapped out. And I'm already falling behind schedule! Yikes! I will still try to comment back to everyone, but I just might be a bit slower than usual. And if we're lucky, I might get a few posts thrown together, but please don't expect too much! Until the 25th! Oh, and in this huge mess of stuff I need to do, I'm getting my wisdom teeth removed on the 20th and I am super worried because I don't like dentists and such. Plus I'm not going to be put under so that worries me too. But my dentist is going to give me laughing gas (nitrous oxide) as well as freeze my mouth, so hopefully I'll be feeling pretty happy through the whole thing. So scared!

Fantasy Dresses
I've always loved fantasy, fairy tale gowns and these were in abundance at the Save Venice Fundraiser. It helps that the event was sponsered by Cho Cheung. A gaggle of socialites turned out, dressed to the nines. Here are my favourite looks (the last is ultimate favourite). (Photos from style.com). Also, add me on your twitter!
