Beautiful Shoes

So, I totally fell in love with these shoes from Erdem. So pretty. I want them so badly for spring. As is clearly apparent, I love bright colours and pretty florals, making these shoes almost perfect!

Because I love faerie tales...

The Vivienne Westwood Red Label show reminded me of faerie tales. I think it's partly the setting and partly the looks that came through it. The hats and dresses remind me of the faerie tale's heroine and some of the other looks remind me of what a modern, fashion-conscious faerie might wear. My attachment to this collection might be completely esoteric, but you have to admit the clothes are lovely!

Spring 2010 - Barbara Tfank

More utter fashion week love: Barbara Tfank. These dresses are adorable and absolutely gorgeous. I love the retro feel and the beautiful pastel colours. Not only are they amazing, they actually encapsulate the feeling of spring. A beautiful, magical, vintage-y spring. I wish I owned every single piece! (Photos from style.com).

It's not the clothes, it's these amazing booties! I think these are what all the cool, Wang-esque girls will be wearing for sure!

From Copenhagen With Love

Sorry for the cheesy title but, well, I liked it. Here are some highlights from another amazing collection from Copenhagen Fashion Week: By Malene Birger. Too Early to Think About Spring?

One thing that's always messed with my head a little is the timings of runway shows. Case-in-point, the Spring 2010 shows that have already happened at Copenhagen Fashion Week. I understand that it's done this way for the sake of fashion buyers etc., but for a lowly fashion blogger, I feel a little strange thinking about next spring when it's only August.

That said, I always get excited about new runway shots and I fell madly in love with the ones of Elise Gug's collection at Copenhagen Fashion Week. The looks are so feminine, classic and elegant.
