A great Canadian designer, David Dixon, has done an exclusive shoe line with retailer Town Shoes. It's another designer-retailer collaboration that I enjoy because the rsults are cute and fairly affordable (~$125 for a pair of heels). Here are my picks. Check out more here. Homegrown Fashion

As a Canadian, I always get fairly excited about fashion week in Toronto. I always feel a swell of pride at designers from this country. Toronto fashion week may not be as big as Paris or New York, but I still find it exciting. Here are a few of my favourite runway looks (in order: Nada, Lucian Matis, Pink Tartan, Joe Fresh Style, Comrags, Gaudet and David Dixon).
